SLI randomly stopped working

I took my graphics cards out to clean them yesterday, and when I went to install them back in, my computer wouldn't display any images after the windows loading screen. They are EVGA 460 EE cards in SLI. Here is the list of things I tried followed by the results...

Booted up in safe mode with cards in SLI... Seems like a typical safe mode experience.
Ran card1 in mobo slot1... Ran fine
Ran card1 in mobo slot2... Ran fine.
Ran card2 in mobo slot1... Ran fine
Ran card2 in mobo slot2... Ran fine
Ran card1 in mobo slot1 and card2 in mobo slot2 not SLI... Booted up in minimum resolution and got am popup from precisionX that said hardware could not be detected
Ran card1 in mobo slot1 and card2 in mobo slot2 with SLI... Booted To windows loading screen then went black as is the monitor wasn't plugged in to the cards

So based on this,I have decided its not the motherboard. I feel like its an issue with windows so I am currently restoring my computer from an image I made two days ago.

I almost feel like it could be a power supply issue but its a 750W supply by OCZ and its only a year old.

Does anyone have any clue what's wrong?
