Excel Formula Help

Thread Starter
Ok so my problem in excel is as follows

I have an inventory list i am making and the list has employee names and then it has thier company computer name/SN/Model/OS etc..
Column A is last name, B is first Name, C is Dept, D - Make of computer, E - Model Number, F- Serial Number, G - OS version etc...

so what i want to do is when any of the cells in columns D through G are blank it highlights the First and Last name in Red and highlight the blank box to show that we are missing some information about that employees hardware. i cant for the life of me figure out how to get it done have tried conditional formatting but to no avail...

is it even possible to do this? and i also have 109 rows to go through so if there is a way to copy the formula all the way down the line that would be great thank you

The problem is complicated further since there may be more than one blank cell.
Can you live with "if there are ANY blank cell in the row in columns D to G" then do bla, bla, bla?.
