This is great . . . If this was the movie the Alex and his Droogs would be saying "This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence" winksmiley.jpg

Well done thumb.gif

Thanks dude! Ill post a video of it with a little explanation of what I did when I get the water loop installed. It was my first mod so I had quite a bit of trial and error. It just keeps looking cleaner every time I adjust something. A video sounds like a good idea for sure.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I finished my build and got started on the next build right away and forgot to come back here and show you my water cooling system. I have some pictures and a few final pics to show.

Heres a pic of the parts of the loop laid out

Aquacomputer Aqualis Res

Wired an led harness for the res.

Custom painted bitspower mods for the swiftech pwm pump

Had to modify the pump block and superglue in plugs then sand the edges because the fittings would not screw in correctly

EK water blocks added to the motherboard.

My first time bending acrylic rigid tubing. It was a challenge at first but then I got the hang of it.

Hooked up the motherboard tubes first.

Then got to installing everything back in the case.

Prepped for a leak test, and there were no leaks in the fittings.

Used mayhems red dye, DI water, and a kill coil.

Here is the final product!

Sorry about the different image hosting. The final photos I could only find on my google page because I never uploaded them to Imgur.

Thanks for checking out my rig, I already have another one in progress. a HAF 912 build. Its difficult keeping up with a few different worklogs, I would like to win mod of the month on bit-tech so my main updates for the next build will be on there. The project is a cooler master HAF 912 named "Grey Matter". Check it out if you like.

Take care, Ill pop in to answer any questions on this rig. Thanks guys.

How many drops of that red dye did you end up using for your loop. I used the same dye but the color never turned out the best for me. I'm not sure of the exact amount that I put in, I probably just needed more.

No I didn't =/ I blame my noobie worklogs. Also I didn't realize you couldn't win certain competitions with a log on more than one forum.I seemed to get a lot more views on my log on Bit- tech, it has the same thread title. I had no clue what I was doing when photoing my work and making a log until I was already almost done modding. I am working on a new build right now and I have a start to finish log going on Bit-tech and the Cooler Master 2013 mod contest thread. if you wanna see the progress of my new build, check it out. Again thanks for the compliments!

I dont know how OCN feels about links to my other builds. Just look for project "Grey Matter" its a cooler master HAF 912 mod on the 2 mentioned threads. Its going to be 10x as professional as this HAF 932 I promise =D
