Thanks! I share your opinion.

I downgraded to quad chips because I figured I wouldn't need 6 cores anymore, but I may go back.. we'll see.
I am excited about this one...

Steve, I know exactly what you mean and it took me a while to get everything with the blocks just right.
UPDATE: I made a few changes to my first post. I decided to go with Aqua D5's instead of the 35X2's. Configuring the H20 loop and tube routing were causing me some concern, so I redesigned the loops. I will be using two D5's in both loops, two in the pedestal and two up top. I ordered the the Aqua AMS rads with the built in D5's, one 360 and one 480. This way I will have one pump in the bottom of the loop and one at the top. In my old setup I had all four pumps in the bottom in parallel and this way they will be in serial. I believe the new configuration will be much more efficient and of course more expensive...
By adding the Rads on top, I had to order a new top from CL to accommodate the added height.
I am also in process of fabricating a stand out of heavy aluminum and SS on casters to move this beast around. The way I have it designed will allow me easy access to drain both loops without having to open anything up.
On the hardware front, I had to ship my MB back to Amazon. The MB they sent me was about 2 1/2 years old! I ordered a new one from eVGA to avoid any hassles and it should be here Wednesday. I have had a nightmare getting CPU's, but I believe I finally resolved that issue this morning, fingers crossed. I have spent a lot of time configuring the loops and tube routing and I hope I don't have to make many changes. I will be using the black Koolance QDC's this time to hopefully make changes a bit easier.
I will be using norprene for one loop and white tubing for the other loop. The fittings will be Monsoon, but I am not sure of the final colors to be used. The white fittings look great with the black norprene and the black fitings look great with the white tubing, but the MIPS blocks are black and nickel, the Aqua CPU blocks are nickel too. So, I ordered a few Monsoon black chrome and chrome fittings to do a color check. I will start posting a lot of pics later in the week to document the process. LMK if you have any thoughts or suggestions.
