[AusGamers] Splash Damage Handling Batman: Arkham Origins Multiplayer, Skipping Wii U.

Another one of the few stand-out singleplayer franchises of recent years is venturing into the multiplayer world, with Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment having announced a competitive mode for the upcoming Batman: Arkham Origins.
3 vs. 3 vs. 2. An epic online showdown where every match is different. Think you can take down criminals on your own? Show them what you've got as Batman or Robin.

Want to rule the Gotham gangland and take out the Boy Wonder or Dark Knight along the way? Defend your turf and fight as elite members of The Joker or Bane gang. Don't worry, when things get dire for your gang squad, players can call in the ultimate reinforcement by summoning - and playing as -The Joker or Bane.

Hmm... I really don't fancy the thought of what would most likely be yet another tacked on MP experience that nobody is really going to care about. Not terribly surprised Robin is in there, I guess the MP has nothing to do with the main story, or at the very least it's set sometime afterwards as it's clearly Dick Grayson.

Agreed.

This is not a MP game. Whatever (if any) issues, the single player may have, I will feel could have been made better had their focus stayed on it alone. Granted, I have not played it yet, but still....

Here's hoping it works out okay in the end though. This game still has my faith that it will be great.
