Well, good news. With a different hard drive and a fresh install of Windows 7 the PC has been up for over 9 hours now. I'm gonna run a Western Digital test on the original hard drive and see if it's bad. If it's not I'll use it as a spare. wink.gif

Thanks so much Patrick for your help! Is there a way for me to give you rep points or anything?

HI,

Great to hear! If the WD diagnostics happen to not find anything, you can see if Seatools recognizes the drive - http://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/seatools/

If it does, run everything but Fix All and Long Generic as tests.

Ha, no, as I am a Forum Moderator I no longer gain reputation. It's okay, I do it all for the love of blue screens!

Patrick
