and whats this about a memory leak Havolice?

well i dont know if it is a leak but ill explain it to you i tried to search everywhere for a fix even posted here on the motherboard part of the forum

system boots 13% memory used

wow playing 21-23%

then i install lets say bioschock infite while playing wow memory cranks up from 23 al the way up to 90% over time 90% being when the install finishes. * so this indicates OR intel or the mobo ir windows is using memory as a space to store the download in or partly*

but it does empty the memory at all i close down steam and wow and ill be stuck at 83% memory used with no programs active.

thats the problem or leak when i use win 7 it does not happen at all but he for some games win 8 is faster and i mean a lot.

so im kinda with my hands in my hair about what to do i tested my memory my hard disks *even put in 2 new ones* and nothing is faulty :/

well Havolice after reading your memory leak comment, I had to go searching and there was this interesting little thing relating to network traffic (so not hardware specific)

He said he's going to return the chip and exchange it.

Locked, OCN does not condone RMA/shop exchange fraud.

If the chip does not perform the way you want in any way (lack of performance, increase temps etc) after you take it out of stock specification (overclock it/overvolt it) then that is your problem not the manufacturers or stores.
