Deathadder Black Edition problems - tweaking vs new mouse?

Hey all!

So I am having some issues with my Deathadder BE. I stopped playing Dayz and now play BF3 and that is about it untill the new games come out (GTA V etc).

I dragshot and mainly play as sniper with a 3.5x open scope (the PK-A 3.5 I find best), this allows me to one shot kill every time with the M40a5, capture flags etc whilst being able to perform crazy long distance headshots as well.

With a gigabyte M6900 which I got free with my motherboard, I can drag shot pretty well and it is accurate, and when I move the mouse slowly it moves with my hand. But it is plasticky and gets sweaty-hot so I "upgraded" it to an all singing all dancing Deathadder BE.

Only with this mouse, no matter the settings, it doesnt follow my hand. It is hard to explain but it seems to move like pixels. Ie at any sensitivity if I nudge it to the right it seems to move like this - - - - - - - - - instead of the gigabyte which moves like this
or even _________.

No matter what I do I cant get it smooth, which sucks because when sniping sometimes the target is in the middle of the movement, like this _ _ _ _ * _ _ _ _ which is fine on the gigabyte because it would be here _____*_____

This is the best way to explain it.

So what can I do to improve it, or should I buy another mouse, in which case which one? I like on the fly sensitivity and I also like the fact it doesn't omit any kind of LED glow, unlike the Gigabyte.

Many thanks

I played again last night, it really feels like the mouse is fighting me when I move it if that makes sense?

I push left it feels like it is pushing right.

Not happy.

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GS-002-CS&groupid=702&catid=32 different brand though. This HAS to stay.

The best mouse I ever had was a white optical MS Intellimouse! But they don't make them anymore.

it is most likely the mouse pad, assuming the settings on the mouse are correct. set the polling rate to 500 hz. do you have another mouse pad to try out?

Tried it on 3 more. Same issue. Just doesn't feel right.

Is this legit? : http://www.amazon.co.uk/Microsoft-B75-00115-Intellimouse-Explorer-3-0/dp/B000JVRFHG

If so I will buy that.... holy expensive for the mouse but I have never really come across a mouse as good, even though it lack on the fly sensitivity. Maybe I just find optical far superior to laser?
