Maybe my dsl experiences were me being to far from dslams or something like that, don't know but cable seems more stable from my experience. It never let me down, dsl did several times.
yet i had DSL for years before i went fiber last year, and never had an outage. mind you im not in the u.s either, maybe quality of service is better up here.
the only thing they never tell you about with cable is, youe entire neighborhood shares 1 main line in. so if your all on the internet at once or alot of you are, your internet speed will turn to that of dialup.
DSL = direct service line, no connection sharing and constant speeds unless the ISP sucks.Edited by PCSarge - 8/1/13 at 10:28am
