230mm fans replace 200m fans?

Hey. i was searching around trying to find out where to mount a 230mm fan but can't find anything about this. all videos on youtube are just showing the fan outside the case.

so. where do i mount it? my haf922 has some 200mm fan spots but will a Bitfenix spectre pro 230mm fan fit there?

Thanks smile.gif

The mounting holes should line up, but i believe the outer casing is quite a bit bigger. You may have a problem installing them up front. I know i have seen a few put those fans in the top of the Haf-x, but i'm not sure your case is wide enough. I would check thru the Haf club and see if anyone has posted any pics of using those fans.
