Can i use this as my modem and my wireless router? since it says it has a built in " DSL modem"

Pretty much that ^

If you have DSL and the device says 'DSL Modem' on it, you should be able to use it as your WAN facing device. Make sure you configure the correct PPPoE credentials when setting it up.
