Many. Ironically Amazon is great for small business that make items to sell, just bad for smaller stores trying to sell stuff other companies make.
Say that to the thousands of merchants who use amazon market to sell their stuff.
Im pretty sure they couldve lived on by using amazon marketplace to sell their stuff. Sure they wouldve been hit with an 8% fee, but microcenter lives on and they are usually more then 8% cheaper then online listings. Plus microcenter has to pay for its physical stores, geeks doesnt. Or they couldve sold their domain to the horrible monster company that runs circuit city and tigerdirect.
This is simply a company that couldnt adapt and gave up.
