Not sure about that model but youd be much happier with this one:

Comes in the same color and is easily top 5 of best big air coolers, if you got the room it comes highly recommended.

If you dont have the room the noctua nh-d14 is similar but slightly smaller if you have the room for that:

http://www.overclock.net/t/1183203/noctua-nh-d14-compatibility-list
this link gives you alot of cases that fit it to compare to^^

heres the compatability:
mobo:

ram:

specs:

the phanteks is better but if the noctua fits better you could get some red fans for it tongue.gif

This one here is actually currently sitting as the best with stock fans:

Also red, but comes with better fans and is the best of em all tongue.gif

IF all those options are too big for you I would recommend your best bang for buck would probably be a water cooler. Either way that heatsink your looking at probably isnt bad. But if you want some OC potential the others would be much nicer. thumb.gif

Good luck

What dmfree88 said.

Or get PH-TC14PE_RD and put TY-143 red/orange fans on it... like in my avatar. biggrin.gif
