Great choices!The only thing i would change is the PSU..maybe one of these..5 yr warranty!!

Change the psu to a 380 watt antec which will have room for upgrades, get 4 gbs of ram or 8 if you're going to be gaming soon, especially get fast ram 1600 or 1866, and use the
asrock fm2a55m dgs, it's cheaper and still fits your needs with upgrade potential
