RAM Compatibility Question

I am in the market for a new motherboard and I was curious if my current memory will be compatible I googl'ed it and cant seem to find an answer. Here's the motherboard I want to get ASUS M5A97 R2.0 and the memory I have G.Skill Ripjaws F3-12800cl9-2gbrl.

You had the memory in the Crosshair IV Formula before or now?

I'm sure you'll have no issues using the same memory in the new mobo.

Its the memory I bought for the crosshair IV haven't switched sense purchase. I am on budget and really do not want to buy extra hardware.
