The part about the NSA is nonsense. I'm willing to bet real money they don't misuse that information intentionally or spy on American citizens without due cause (due cause being something that would get you convicted of treason, once tried).

1. In all likelihood you just happened to power it on while a large scan reached your address, but you weren't targeted...
