Asrock Z77 Extreme4- b4 error code

Hello guys! I have been using my PC for a year now with basically the same equipement from the start. The only thing i've done is install a second camera 2 months ago.
According to motherboards manual,0xb4 codes means and i quote: "USB hot plug"
I was stuck at BIOS screen (asrock logo) using BIOS v2.50.I haven't updated since i don't have problems with mine and that's what Asrock advice.I unplugged everything from PSU,changed ram slots, clear CMOS,reinstalled the CPU/cooler,nothing worked(at first i though it's 0x64,CPU something error)
Then,i unplugged absolutely every USB from my PC and boom,it booted up just fine. Then,in Windows,i connected them and restarted again with no problems.Restarted a total of 10 times + shutdown/power on's without a problem.Ran a memtest/prime95/IBT without a problem.Should I be worried and investigate further the origin of this problem or should i just leave it given it's fixed now. Now,does anybody know what could of caused it? I had an extra controller connected but disconnecting it didn't worked.
P.S. It all started with clunky mouse in Windows.I was scrolling down,it was changing View in the folders.Opening a folder, opens it in a new tab.

BIOS update is what to do first, newer BIOSes fix quirks which sometimes you don't notice but it's good to have them fixed.

I have BIOS v2.50 ,released on 14th november 2012. It improves USB compatibility. After that,v2.70,v2.8 and v2.9 have been released but their release notes states not many fixes.
2.70 = 1. Support UEFI PXE boot. 2. Modify VT-d Capability will be unsupported after flashing BIOS P2.50.
2.80 = 1. Patch GSKILL F3-2133C11Q-32GZL memory. 2. Support Intel UEFI RAID configuration in BIOS setup.
2.90 = Change Internet Flash server.
None of which makes any difference to me.I'm afraid of flashing BIOS-es because of the possibilty to fail.I don't have motherboard BIOS switch so i'm in the dark when i start to flash.
Any other advice then that? Any ideas what could of caused it?

Look at USB settings like Legacy USB in the BIOS. It looks like it's related to an USB peripheral.

I read about this option. It detects and make usable everything connected to the board while at bios loading screen. It's loading the drivers. When you turn it off,it makes it that the drivers gets detected when Windows loads up,not while Bios screen. For now,I decided to just test and watch for any errors related to that issue and if some occur,i'll turn off the Legacy USB option since i don't really need a mouse/keyboard while Windows is loading. It's just interesting how i'll enter BIOS without mouse or keyboard...
