with the stock cooler they didnt work. the problem is i live in turkey and i bought the cards from usa. they dont accept rma in here. so im kinda screwed

EVGA has great customer support, go to their site register and register you cards, then contact them I think you could still RMA directly to them here in Europe, When my 670 failed on me, they gave the option of either sending them directly to them or go tro the shop where I bought it, since it was gonna be cheaper to send it tro the shop because of the posting fees.

Talk to them they might offer you a solution, just don't tell them that you removed the stock cooler..
