i will be changing the motherboard to the Maximus VI Formula when it comes out for sale but all in all what do you guys think of this system i will be building?.

side note the ram is already bought and im currently using it on my z77 pc.

i no the psu is overkill but i will be overclocking the gpus and cpu also i will be upgrading later aswell maybe

Its a pretty solid and strong system!. what windows are you going for? recommend ultimate 64 bit.

im just going for home premium because i don't need the features of ultimate.
i am very excited about this build this is my first one.

Thats a very nice build. The Two things i would say is that you might aswell spend the extra and get the corsair h110 or the nzxt kraken x60. 1200 watts is overkill and you could power that system easily by using an 850 watt psu if you want to save some money. The ax 1200 watt is one of the best psu's currently sold though.

I believe windows 7 home premium only allows a maximum of 16gb of memory to be used. This includes the vram of your graphics cards so if you are using a 3gb card you would only be able to use around 13gb of the total memory.

Thanks a lot for the advice i am going to get ultimate now but i think i will still go with the 1200w psu only because of potential future upgrades and a found red sleeved wiring for the psu cheap.
