Problem with out of region skryim key

Thread Starter
Well I bought a ukrainian key of skryim a long time ago from a website then they told me to open a vpn and all this other confusing junk... I got to play it for a few hours but then It just stopped working... I've tried several times since then ( its been like a year now) and I just cant play it.. I see now that Skyrim is on sale for 15 bucks on steam and I'm trying to buy it but it keeps telling me i cant buy it cuz i already have it, but when i try launching the one i have, it says game was purchased in a different region and it wont let me play it... What can I do about this? Is there a way to sell my russian version of the game or just delete it ?

You'd have to let Steam support know about it (as they can do such a thing) and hope that they'll be willing to help smile.gif
