AMD HD7970 memory voltage??

Quick question

I've never been able to find much information on the memory voltage option for overclocking my 7970. I'm looking for quick, basic information such as safe limits, whether it's practical over just boosting the core. It sometimes appears that boosting the core is more effective at stabilizing memory clock overclocks than boosting the memory voltage itself.

Looking around the web quickly, looks like 1.6 - 1.65v is ok for 24/7 and up to 1.8v for quick bench runs. Need to have the chips running cool with higher voltages though.

That's useful. Thanks!
