Help with decision on MINI ITX PSU

Basically I am building an ultra small scratch build pc case and have seen the Mini ITX PSU as well as the SFX PSU. I am really looking to see if anyone has any experience using either a Mini ITX or SFX form factor PSu as I want to keep this case as small as possible and an ATX PSU will be one of the largest pieces...Heres the Specs:

Cpu- AMD A10-6800k
MOBO- GIGABYTE GA-F2A85XN-WIFI FM2 AMD A85X
Memory- Corsair vengeance LP 16GB (2x8GB) 1866
Case-Scratch built aluminum frame with acrylic panel case.
Storage- Samsung 840 Pro 256GB or Corsair Force series 240GB... Possibly add another ssd down the line.
GPu- Onboard gpu with the APU. Probably wont add a gpu to this build.
Cooling- Swiftech MCP355, Alphacool ST30 120 Radiator.. (240 would increase overall case size exponentially).. Primochill rigid tubing

Now as far as PSU i have seen MINI ITX by athena power (dont know if they are good or not) and the max wattage was 400w..
THe SFX I can get a seasonic 450w but i would have to sacrifice a little bit as far as size goes.

If anyone has any insight as to what would be a good choice I am open to suggestions... This is something I want to build after I finish my scratch wall mounted case....

And the gold version which is alright other then the fan is a bit loud

I figured being smaller the fans would be loud...The seasonic is a 350w not a 450w...I meant silverstone so thank you for the heads up...Decent power supply?
