My rig:

- Phenom 965BE at 4ghz with 1.46 (not home, I think that's what it is, can't verify, upped from stock +.025 or +.050 or +.075).

2600 MHz NB at 1.3 volts

-gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 Rev 3

- 8gb (2x4gb) corsair vengeance pro series (1.5v, 9-9-9-24, 1600mhz

-gigabyte gtx 760 OC'd on top of factory oc too

-650w antec earthwatts

-corsair h60

-150 gb hdd WD

So just oc'd to the settings mentioned above in prime95 and ran it while I slept last night for 7 hours. It passed no problem, everything was fine. The max temps were 53 Celsius with ancient room on (air conditioning is on at night from 8pm until morning at about 75-78 Fahrenheit in my room). It was running at 51 degrees when I woke.

What should I do to try to OC higher ?

Are my voltages okay? Please proude detailed info to help me hit like 4.4 if possible

Also, what other than c1e and cool and quiet should be turned off in te bios? There's an option that says "cpu system voltage control" and the options to change it to are "voltage, normal and some other option".
