BSOD with screenshot, please any ideas?

I have a friend that can not access her computer due to BSOD here is the screen shot



Any ideas? Ran memtest 10x overnight and it passed so it is not bad ram, bios is updated to latest, ran diagnostics and it said nothing is wrong with hardware, so at a loss.

Here are her specs

Dell XPS 8100
nvidia geforce gtx 460
psu 600w
HD WD mainstream white 2 of them 1tb each
ram 12gb pny
i7 860
APCI x64 based mb??
