Attempting to overclock the FX 6200

I got it stable at 4GHz by raising the multiplier to 20 and increasing the CPU voltage to 1.35 (I think?). I heard that overclocking the FSB gives better performance so I started with that. I set the multiplier to 19 and the FSB to 211. My question: Do I need to lower the RAM speed and HT link speed to stay near the original value? Should the HT link speed and RAM be a little under or over the original. When I run Prime95 and it fails, do I raise the CPU voltage or the North Bridge voltage?

This is my motherboard. Don't let the bad reviews fool you. My board works and is amazing: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130620
