Nvidia drivers crashing

Thread Starter
I have an asus 560. For some reason recently I've noticed a few games that I can't play with dx11. Battlefield 3, Saints row 3, and Resident Evil 5. A few other games I have performance problems like grid and borderlands. I have blue screened a couple times, and my dumpfiles only have 1 file, and I can't zip it or anything to show anyone. Any help? If nothing works, then I'm reformatting, but I'm waiting to find a fix

Resident evil 5 is the same. Directx 9 works but lags like hell in saints row. I've cleaned my registry, repaired c++, reinstalled directx, normal drivers, beta drivers, 314.22 drivers, reset profiles for nvidia, ultra low in game settings. Crashing during load screen, crash while loading saves, and blue screens.
