need help overclocking my nvidia GPU

hello i have an 8800 gts 0C BFG edition nvidia graphics card and i want to overclock it but im new please help

is it possible for me to overclock this card it was already factory OC by BFG tech

To be honest, I would just go get a new card. Those cards can be bought for under $50 and an HD 7770 can be bought brand new for around $100. If you still really want to overclock, try RivaTuner or some older overclocking apps. You can try afterburner as well but I'm not sure if that still supports those GPUs.

You can still overclock it, but by how much I'm not sure. As I said, the tech is nearing 6 years old, so the $100 for a 7770 IMO would be a good option if looking for performance.

There are a number of tools
Like ATTool or Ntune that should be able to overclock your card.
Increase the values slowly a stability test over a couple of minutes with tools like Heaven
