1150$ is what I am hopeing to get

but this was my main build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1lanj

but the price increased 30$!!! I can spare 20$ if I get 1150$ but if I only get like 1050$-1100$ I have to get a non k build

how big of a difference will it be for a i5 4670 non k vs 3570k at 4.5ghz?

also is this a good motherboard for non k 4670

I would probably take the CPU down to a i5 4570 and replace the PSU with a Corsair VS 450 or 550. Additionally if you ditch the Z87 chipset you along with the prior mentioned changes you should be able to afford an SSD, you don't need a Zxx series chipset anyways if you are going with a non K series chip.
I would give exact links in prices but we have completely different retailers here in Australia.

As a side note I would replace the HAF 912 with a Bitfenix Shinobi, not much of a fan of the HAF line but the Shinobi is a hard case to fault. Not sure what the consensus here is but I would definitely label it the better case.

what motherboards do you recommend?

and yes I forgot to add a optical drive

I be adding Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
