I got myself a customized (yet legal) Windows 7 ISO installed a week ago and ever since my board has been acting up.

When I use the Shut Down button or the power button on the case the PC shuts down but does NOT power off.
In stead, after 5 seconds it POST's and shows the Intel PXE screen and then proceeds to boot as normal.

Registry has the power down on shutdown thing on ''1'' which it should be.

NIC is fully installed with Intel suite and ALL Wake-On-LAN settings are disabled.

Intel PXE is disabled in my BIOS (ASUS P8Z68-V Pro)

Wake On LAN settings are un findable in the BIOS...

How in the name of god can I make it shut down like it should..

Sidenote: After it reboots with this wierd stuff it DOES shut down (most of the times) when I click shut down again.
Thundahcat.
