Overclocking AMD HD 7650m 2GB - Sony Vaio SVE1713Z1EB

Heya guys! biggrin.gif

Pondering if theres a way to overclock the AMD HD 7650m. 500mhz core speed is quite low and i wonder if theres someway to increase it without overheating the GPU. The card runs quite cold, even when gaming, so it should be possible to give it a slight overclock without overheating it.

GPU Clock: 500 MHz Memory: 900 Mhz

Default Clock: 300 MHz Memory: 150 Mhz

Memory: 2GB DDR3

Temperature Idle: 44.5 *C

Temperature gaming: 50 - 60 *C

OS: Windows 8.1 preview
Laptop: Sony Vaio SVE1713Z1EB

Was trying to use AMD overdrive before, but i got bluescreen and couldn't startup the OS. Is there any other way? smile.gif

MSI afterburner might be worth a shot but you'll be voltage locked for sure also since it uses shared ram instead of dedicated the vram/ram bottleneck might be so severe that it won't make a difference. (depends on whether the listed specs are correct)
