I actually did include those, so feel free.

I plugged my system to a kill a watt and the absolute max I got out of my 3770k 4.6GHz 1.3V & 7950 1150/1400 1.25V, was 415W from the wall, during full CPU+GPU load, which makes it only 374W with platinum efficiency, and even less if the efficiency was actually lower.
