VR-Zone is "highly credible", yet their claims of Kaveri being delayed as "confirmed" has been proven to be BS by AMD themselves: http://www.overclock.net/t/1416216/kaveri-is-still-on-track-for-2013
Weren't they also the ones to say the FX-9590 is the end of the line for the FX series, even though they had no real proof to back that up besides baseless conjecture? They claimed Roy Taylor said that, when I couldn't find anything he said suggesting that at all. I saw the recent interview, the one with him talking about how Physx and CUDA are doomed, and when asked about the FX-9590, all he said was something along the lines that he "pushed" for that chip to be released...Which has f*** all to do with it being the last FX chip.
Really getting sick of all these sensationalist articles in the tech industry, with stupid claims like "oh, we've got these here secret documents which somehow no one else has access to!"
and basing entire articles off that.
All of this doomsday stuff is hilarious. As for SR FX, I highly doubt that AMD will stick with Vishera throughout 2015. I also don't trust these Chinese websites nor their BS claims. That recent "Phenom IV 170" fake chip originated from a Chinese forum, and tech sites were reporting on it even though it was blatantly fake. 6GHz stock clock, 12 cores, all at only 75W TDP? ****, lol.
