Are there cases without drive bays?

Anyone here know of any cases that support ATX motherboards without drive bays?

I have like 500gb's of SSD space which can pretty much just dangle somewhere. I don't like having half a case (Cosmos S) without anything.

As in 3.5" drive bays or 5.25" or both?

Budget? Size?

Pretty much all modern ones have them removable so I am assuming you are just looking for a smaller form factor that can still hold an ATX board?

Meh, <$150.

No drive bays of any kind. No 3.5 no 5.25.

Something like this, but cheap.

Lol, maybe it's so ez I can make one?

Why not build yourself a nice micro ITX case system. Fractal Design Node 304 has no "exposed" drive bays, just a solid aluminum front. It does have room internally for six 2.5" or 5.25" devices mounting on some funky hanging bays though. LOL.

You of course would need a ITX motherboard to fit your current CPU and no more than 1 PCIe GPU.

Another option would be something like an Antec 902. It has a full faceplate of perforated bay blanks. Yes, technically, they are 5.25" drive bays, but they don't look like bays when you jam a LED fan behind them. =)

Ah, yeah, you'd probably be best off building something for that price unless you can find an old danger den case on ebay or something...

I'd personally just buy whatever case you like and mod it.

Sorry. frown.gif
