New / Better option to the G500?

Thread Starter
Hey guys so today my G500 took a big one on me and now I am left with a Backup mouse.
Anyone recommend a improved version of this mouse? Please all responses welcome.
Have a Porsche Restore Project as well as my BMW, and now this with my GPU acting up. The cheaper the better, but with little to no sacrifice on Build quality and performance.
I will prob be looking at a used option (if that helps).
Thanks

The G400 rules. Don't look back, my man. Actually, do so for one second. Make sure that you are as careful as possible with the cord on this mouse. You'll want to have as little stress as possible on the connection between the cord and the mouse. Follow this and you'll be fine:

"1. Place the mouse wherever you're going to be using it, and plug it into your computer's USB port

2. pull the mouse down to the lowermost extremities of your mousepad / mouse surface. Now pull the mouse out another 6-8 inches out, and scotch tape the middle of the mouse cable to the underside of your desk

3. Enjoy having an awesome mouse for the next few years

The purpose of this fix is to greatly reduce tension in the cord, minimizing stress on aforementioned flimsy connection"

Crap. I travel, a lot.
Does the G400 really have a Cable problem like the G500?

I'd recommend being careful with the cord anyways. That goes with all mice though.thumb.gif
