O2 - BHO: ToolBar888 - {C004DEC2-2623-438e-9CA2-C9043AB28508} - C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\{3011AD85-0957-1033-1216-020409060001}\\MyToolBar.dll
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {ACB1E670-3217-45C4-A021-6B829A8A27CB} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: ToolBar888 - {C004DEC2-2623-438e-9CA2-C9043AB28508} - C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\{3011AD85-0957-1033-1216-020409060001}\\MyToolBar.dll
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file)

These entries look odd to me, still going through it though.

O4 - HKLM\\..\\Run: [WinMMC] C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\logcomd.exe
O4 - HKCU\\..\\Run: [UsrCmd] C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\scomd.exe
O20 - Winlogon Notify: igfxcui - C:\\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM32\\igfxsrvc.dll (this one is ok!)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winsfg32 - winsfg32.dll (file missing) (This is Klone.g trojan leftover)

Ok, thats everything I found that looks odd to me, im no pro at reading HJT logs, I have very little experience to say the least, give me afew and ill find out what I can find. Im most worried about entries 04/04/020/020 though...

I can find no information about logcomd.exe and tscomd.exe which imo would make them suspect. Try disabling those two through windows and see if the problem persists.

These two programs are spyware, you need to kill and remove these programs, information can be found here: http://www.spywareremove.com/removeToolbar888.html

I personally would suggest getting something spyware killer, something like Adware, or spybot search and destroy.

Im also not sure about this entry: C:\\WINDOWS\\IME\\imjp8_1\\IMJPMIG.EXE" /Spoil /RemAdvDef /Migration32

That is unfortunately all the help I can give you, hopefully someone with more knowledge of these processes can help you clean up your computer. That being said, I would say there is a good chance that the reason you are not able to disconnect from the internet is from one of these processes.

Just to make sure you understand, dont start disabling stuff through HJT unless you are sure that it is spyware/virus. You might consider heading over to a spyware forum and showing it to them, as OCN doesnt have a section for dealing with spyware!
