Red lines and dots on screen

Hello guys recently while i m playing games it appears red lines and dots on my screen and sometimes it says ati display driver stopped working and sometimes it gives me blue screen with this code:
Problem signature:

yea this appears to be a gpu problem. Only way to really know is to plug in another card and see if it works fine. If the card is under warranty just send it back for rma if another one does work. If its not under warranty you should probably rip it apart and replace thermal paste and see if that helps.

if it still does it with the new gpu then its something with the monitor most likely. If it only happens during gaming though I am guessing its gotta be the gpu though.
