Everything looks fine to me in the pictures -- intake/exhaust all looks set up right, pretty clean, and no obvious obstructions.

So this boils down to -- your GTX Titan idle temps are a bit high. What are the temps under load? Can you provide an output log from EVGA PrecisionX, ASUS GPU Tweak, MSI Afterburner that shows the fan speed, temperature, and clock speeds over time during a idle and gaming session?

I'm starting to wonder if maybe your Titan's heatsink has too much/too little TIM on the core, or maybe it wasn't quite evenly tightened down to spec when they assembled it.

It was raining so I couldn't bring my build to a friends house but looking at the forecast for tomorrow, it should not be a problem then.

I will provide an output log tomorrow as well.

And what it boils down to is that ALL my idle temps are a bit high, save for the sound card, which is idling very high (I do not remember the verdict for the motherboard), and randomly, for still unexplained reasons, what seems like random components will suddenly idle at ridiculous temps for seemingly random periods of time. And I still suspect SOMETHING to be wrong with my electrical infrastructure (no need to fret as this debated issue will be solved tomorrow) as on top of all the previous oddities, the jack my powerline was plugged into, which is right next to the one my power strip with all the pc monitor speaker and printer cords connected to it, just stopped working, then started working again after a little while which is not a good sign.

Signing off for today.
