EVGA Stinger Z77 Fan Problem (HELP)

I've got an EVGA Stinger, the problem is the 3 fan headers on the board do not work anymore, they worked for like a day then the following day when i switched on the PC i noticed the CPU fan was loud so i went into BIOS immediately to check and found that it had ramped up to 2000rpm after 1 or 2 minutes it disappeared from the BIOS and and when i checked in the case i found that all the three fans had stopped spinning.

I thought they are dead but then i tested the two auxiliary fans plus the CPU stock fan directly using my PSU and found that they were all working, anyway went with the 3 fans to a friends PC and they are all working so i took his CPU fan and an extra auxiliary fan from him and tested them om the EVGA Stinger and the do not work, i have no idea whats up with the board. All the fans are PWM and i have tested even with one with three pin config.

EVGA Stinger BIOS is 1.21 i tried 1.22 to no avail, could it be a BIOS issue, currently went back to the 1.21 BIOS, can i get an older BIOS to test with? since they are not on EVGA website.

I have tried Clearing CMOS even removing the battery for 15 min to no avail.

Any help will be appreciated.

RMA is someone elses decision. I cant RMA it directly, hence i ask for help, if it were up to me i would hav RMAd it. The mobo was not new from the looks of it, also the on board and reset buttons do not light up i guess they should light up?
