Building new rig ~2400 Ceiling

Hey guy's, I'm building a new rig and I have a pretty good idea already, but I'd like others opinions as well. I'm trying to get the most performance I can for around $2300, however, $2400 is my absolute limit. There are only a few requirements: 1. It must be future proofed (I.E. More than 2 PCI-E slots), 2. It must include some form of SSD (Hybrids included), 3. It must be modestly quiet (No turbo jets).

With that being said, here's what I've assembled myself:

$159.99 ~ Case: Cooler Master HAF X
$162.26 ~ PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro M 1000W
$359.99 ~ Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme9 4-Way SLI[/URL]
$279.99 ~ CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz
$77.24 ~ CPU Heatsink: Noctua NH-D14
$449.99*2 ~ GPU: x2 Gigabyte GTX 770 4GB
$72.74 ~ RAM: Kingston Hyper X 8GB 1600MHz C9
$136.64 ~ SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 128GB
$93.82 ~ HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM
$22.79 ~ Optical: ASUS 24x DVD Drive
$17.95 ~ Cooling: x1 Noctua 120mm Fan (These fans are for the VGAs)
$15.49 ~ x1 Noctua 80mm Fan
$8.25 ~ Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Paste

Total:
$2307.13

*EDIT*

$178.00 ~ Case: Silverstone Tek RV02B
$249.99 ~ PSU: PC Power & Cooling Silencer Mk III 1200W Platinum Plus
$169.99 ~ Mobo: ASRock Extreme6
$76.99 ~ RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB 1866MHz C9
$221.49 ~ SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB

PSU and Mobo combo for more discounts, scratching the extra Noctua fans for now.

Grand Total:
$2376.98

I would look at different motherboards, you can get a MOBO without sacrificing too much for $200 less. If I was spending that much on GPUs I would rather just get a single 780 instead of two 770s but thats all preference. If I were going to run two cards I would go with two 7950s. All my opinions though.

With that budget I would wit for LGA 2011. Also probaly better to go with single GTX 780 and saving for second one. You can get better PSU like Corsair AX850 , please don't get HAF X. That case is outdated now. Get something more modern. Look into nzxt switch 810, FD arc r2. SSD you don't need to get 840 PRO. For a bit more you can get 250gb on pro
