How do I create a UEFI bootable Media Windows 8 OEM disc?

I havea Windows 8 OEM disc that I use to re-install Windows 8 Pro, however, I got a 3 TB HDD, and when I try to create a partion of say 100gb to install Windows 8 on it works but 700gb out of 3tb is unusable and that 700gb will not let me create a partition or delete or hit new...

Anyways, I read if I can boot from UEFI I can just install Windows 8 Pro and have my entire 3 TB on one partition. I have a UEFI motherboard, Asus Z68 Deluxe, I checked UEFI in options instead of Legacy under BIOS... but it still does the same thing... I tried command line diskpart select disk 0 clean format ntfs, etc just a like a guide on sevenforums told me to do...

but still same thing it automatically converts back to MBR instead of staying GPT or allowing Windows 8 to install on GPT... I read the critical thing I may be missing is I should have an option when I install Windows 8 Pro to boot UEFI directly from the disc, but I don't see this option... even tho I had it selected in BIOS...

help me please lol...

oh HDD in question is the highly well reviewed Seagate 3TB model... I forget the exact but its like m001 or something
