I am currently enjoying Victor Vran and Pillars of Eternity... Both seem to be solid games, and I havent really had any issues with them on Ubuntu.  Did you get anything good from the Halloween sale?

I ended up getting The Witcher 2 and Dead Island, it was 7$usd for both games so I'm very happy. I'll have to check those games you are playing. TW 2 runs pretty good. And Dead Island I can't get to run yet.. Crashes after the intro. I'll figure it out.. Maybe ha-ha.

That actually seems like a really good deal! haha, I have heard mostly good things about the Witcher series.  Shouldnt Dead Island be supported on Linux?

Yes it is supported but I'm only a month into Linux so its probably on my end as a noob user.

Dead Island can be a pain to get to run even on windows. There are several things that make the game crash (If your name doesn't have all english letters the game will crash ***!?) Just google some crash fixes.

Interesting, I'll definitely look into it. I almost got shadow of Mordor but opted for the super cheap games.

I have Dead Island and Shadow of Mordor and they both run well on my Gentoo system.

Dead Island has a terribly small FOV. I had to search for a way to change it, I couldn't play it without getting motion sickness. It still bothers me, but I can play much longer without feeling sick.
