Asus P8P67 Pro has died on me?

Thread Starter
I was casually web browsing and suddenly my PC display turned off but the fans are still spinning, keyboard led still up etc.

I have tried rebooting but no display and no beep. I have resetted the CMOS, made sure all the power connections are in, unplugged graphics card, tried another psu, tried another cpu etc but nothing. I did notice that on the motherboard, the CPU LED light was up throughout all my diagnostic tests.

Everything is on stock settings. Not too sure what really happened as PC suddenly turned off. I'm guessing the motherboard has died on me. Will probably be looking at getting a replacement if this is the case. Would the LGA1150 motherboards support LGA1155? But before that, any ideas on what could be causing the issue?

My PC Specs:
Intel i5 2500k - stock
Asus P8P67 Pro
G.Skill RipjawX 8GB
AMD 6850 - stock
Corsair 520HX PSU

I don't know, but the LGA 1150 socket is physically incompatible with a socket 1155 CPU. The numbers 1150 and 1155 refer to how many physical contact points there are in the Land Grid Array.
