No. Best video card you can crossfire with would be the 6670.

I hear people CF the 7750 and the 7770 with the 6800k which is way much higher than the 6670 is that true?

no, i don't think so, and i think that if you are getting 7750 or 7770, it is better to let that 7750/7770 do all the graphic processing due to crossfire issues such as driver, stuttering etc

Ic, well if i ran an HD6950 instead with the 6800k will the cpu bottleneck the card or the card to the cpu?

I think it won't work now that I think about it due to the IGU.

There are multiple reports of an 7750 crossfiring with an 6800k.

Unless you got the 6800k, why don't you get the AMD Athlon X4 750K ? Your not going to be using the iGPU anyway. Don't waste more money than you have to.The 750k will bottleneck the card out of the box in my opinion but it does overclock really well (4.6-4.8 easily with proper cooling and skill... that was the norm until I stopped researching it). You could also save $5 by choosing Amazon if you go with that processor. This is all based on if you already got an FM2 board.

Trying to see if it would be worth building or trading my FX-8150 for a chip to do the following. Gaming, Video and Audio related stuff. biggrin.gif It will mean my sabertooth 990FX and FX8150 will have to go.
