Well the QX6700 is faster than a 7GHZ 1 core...if the program supports quad core.

I bet the X6800 is faster to. (7GHZ P4 that is)

Yea, but wouldn't a 7ghz single core be faster than a 2.x ghz single core. Now If we were comparing a P4 at 7Ghz to a C2D at 2.x ghz using SuperPI, the C2D would come out ahead, because SuperPI is addicted to the amount of cache in the C2D. Now if the P4 at 7ghz had the same amount of cache as the C2d it would dominate in superpi.

Is that just a random guess or do you have any proof to pack that up?

Either way, this is one beast of a CPU. My 6400 is crying now.
