Is it a good idea to mod a 240mm closed loop WC to my GTX 470 in my Case?

Hey,

I am planning to bring my computer up to my room soon time but my EVGA GTX 470 is one hella loud beast plus shoots up to 80 degrees on heavy load so I was wondering would it be a good idea to use ThermalTake Water 2.0 Extreme on my GTX 470 to cool it. My case may be small but it has room for a push pull config with a 240mm radiator (radiator+ 1 set of fan inside case and 1 set of fans behind the case front door). I have an H50 (got it like 2-4 years ago) on my cpu right now. Also my case is a microatx so its fairly small. Based on this case would I be better off using the GTX 470 cooler or just buy the TT Water 2.0 Extreme

This is how the radiator plus fans look like:

Any aio cooler will really drop those temps. A overclocked gtx580 didn't get over 60c with just an antec 620. Water 2.0 extreme would be great! Go for it!
