If you choose a cooler with TY-147 fan you could get a TY-143 130cfm/2500rpm super fan for £6.95 for cooler and use the TY-147 on case. TY-143 is louder full speed but at 1300rpm and below it's the same as TY-147.
If you use PWM fan/fans you can get a PWM splitter with molex/sata PWM power connector and use the PWM signal from motherboard CPU fan header to control them. This means as CPU heats up and demands more fan speed on cooler the case fans also speed up.. and idle back down when system idles down.
I do not advise the Akasa braided splitter because the wires are all heatshinked before connecter so only flex point is at connector pin.. and they flex/stress fatigue and break off.
As for cooler the best bang for the pound is
True Spirit 140 £31.82 + post (£4.16)
Next step up is
Archon SB-E Rev.B £42.82 w/ free post, but if buying fans and PWM splitter they will charge post on them anyway..
I use PWM control case fans on all my builds now.
There are better cooler with nice prices but all are £15.00+ more money than TS140.
Silver Arrow SB-E £46.78
or if you want black/white fans Silver Arrow SB-E SE £52.57
