Problem with STH10 140.4 Rad Mount

Hey all,

a few weeks back (or maybe a month at this point) I received my STH10. First, just have to get this out - this. thing. is. beautiful. Pricey case, but once it's all put together, you realize that you get what you pay for.

The only problems I've run into thus far

1. The XXL window that came with it had a pretty nasty scratch in it fresh out of the box (about an inch and a half long). It's a bummer, but that could have happened during shipping so not much I can do about it.

2. (and the point of this thread) I'm running into a problem installing the 140.4 radiator mount. For some reason it looks like the mount is to tall for the front side of the case, and I'm only able to install it on the opposite side due to the open area it drops down into.

Here's 2 images, one showing the problem, and the second highlighting where the collision is (before anyone asks, the mount was pushed as far in as possible, nothing was getting in the way underneath)

At first I thought the mount might have been bad, but I ordered 2 of them and both have the same issue.

What am I doin wrong? confusedsmiley.png

If the scratch happened as a result of shipping damage - that's something we can help you with. All of our shipments are insured, so shoot us an email as CS@CaseLabs.net with your order number and we'll get it taken care of.

As for the mount - it's hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks like you might be trying to put it in the upper chamber which won't work. The upper chamber is only rated for 120.4 mounts (per the published specs on the site). Can you confirm which chamber it is?

Ah yikes, looks like I was a little too eager to get started and didn't read as carefully as I should have - it was indeed the upper chamber! (glad I asked first, I was about get out the dremel kit biggrin.gif )

And wow that sounds great regarding the window, I'll get an email over to you guys tonight!

Thanks for the help!
