Any custom PCB GTX 780s with Waterblocks coming other than EVGA Classified Hydro?

I want a Custom PCB GTX 780 with a Waterblock (pre-installed or not). Just wondering what options are available. I see EK has a waterblock for the ASUS GTX 770 DUII but no 780. Are there any other options other than the upcoming EVGA GTX 780 Classified Hydro Copper? I want to get a 700 series mainly for power savings but a 770 would be a downgrade for me performance wise unless I went SLI but that would cost more than a GTX 780.

You should begin to see the non-reference GPU blocks appearing around the middle of this month beginning with eVGA.

EK is coming out with a block for the asus dc2 780, but I wouldn't get a non-reference 780 unless it was voltage unlocked. I feel like there is no point in a crazy custom pcb if the voltage is locked. Either get a classified or lightning or a reference 780 and then you can use a ton of different 780 and titan blocks. Paying for a custom pcb with locked voltage seems like a waste to me. Last year my non-reference 680ftw cards did not clock well at all.

Was thinking the custom PCB cards were voltage unlocked. So which ones are and which not? Custom PCBs with locked voltage and air coolers, what's the point then, just something to market I guess.
