try deleting MsMpEng.exe from taskmng to see if it will speed up

then try for spoolsv.exe

That is my freaking printer. I have read the forum from hijackthis and they said they have also received lost of request like mine and they said it might be windows defender or one live care so I will try to do something about it.

Considering you reformatted, I am lead to believe that this is a hardware problem. Maybe even something with some of the drivers your using.

In the process tree, next to the instance of svchost that you're referring to, does it read SYSTEM, LOCAL SERVICE, or NETWORK SERVICE?

System and I don't think it is a hardware problem since I have reformatted by bro computer using the same cd and it does that same thing.
