So, I'd say you're fine at that that voltage. The voltage for the highest stock pstate is 1.41v for the FX 6300 (at its turbo speed of 4.1GHz). So I would expect that you're totally fine at a voltage under stock voltage, even though you're at that voltage constantly with the OC. I'd actually feel comfortable going a bit past there (since you're still under stock voltage), but thats just me. I wouldn't be worried about damage to the chip anyway (degradation) until you get much higher voltage through that thing.
Also, you're hitting better CInebench scores than I am, and you're clocked a touch slower as well. Apparently I need to revisit my OC (its all of one week old though, so I don't feel bad
), as I might throttling somewhere. Your chip also seems to want substantially less voltage than mine, so nice job
And as far as cooling the VRM's, a really common way to do it is to use the stock AMD Heatsink fan to cool it. The important part is just to make sure that there is actually airflow over them. Without airflow, they're toast quite quickly.
